🏈🍷 Join Head Football Coach Jeremy Thielbahr for EC Football’s Gridiron & Grapes fundraiser on Saturday, August 22 at 5:30 p.m. at EFESTĒ Winery.

Tickets are $125 and include a complimentary glass of wine, appetizers, dinner, desserts and testimonials from EC coaches, players and families. All funds raised will support the Eastside Catholic Football Program through the Eastside Crusaders Athletic Fund.

Coach John Collins III

Head Coach | 5th/6th Grade Football
Year 4 | Since 2022

Coach John Collins III enters his fourth season leading our 5th/6th Grade Crusaders, bringing 23+ years of coaching experience, 300+ career wins, and multiple championship titles to Eastside.

A former standout at Inglemoor High School, Coach Collins helped lead the Vikings to the 2001 KingCo 4A Championship before dedicating his life to developing youth athletes throughout the Seattle area.

Over the years, he’s coached championship teams with the:
🏆 Central District Panthers
🏆 Rainier Ravens
🏆 C2C Rams
🏆 West Seattle Wildcats
🏆 Eastside Junior Football (ECJF 89ers)

After leading the ECJF 89ers to back-to-back championships, Coach Collins earned the St. John Bosco Award, one of the proudest honors of his coaching career.

His greatest accomplishment isn’t the trophies—it’s the people. Former players have gone on to compete at the Division I, NFL, and NBA levels, while many have returned to coach alongside him, continuing the legacy.
