The Salem County Inter-Agency Council of Human Services (IAC) is looking for college students who want to gain real-world, hands-on experience while making an impact in Salem County!

Our interns will support several exciting community initiatives focused on rural health, community engagement, research, health education, communications, and human services planning.

Digital Media & Storytelling
Health Education & Human Services

You do NOT need experience in every area! Students can apply for the focus area(s) that best match their major, skills, and career interests.

The Salem County Youth Services Commission is excited to announce the release of our FY2027 Request for Proposals (RFP)!

We're seeking community organizations interested in providing innovative, evidence-informed services that support Salem County youth and families.

This year's RFP was developed using local data, community input, and our newly completed Youth Justice Strategic Plan to ensure funding addresses the county's highest-priority needs.

IAC is excited to welcome Andrew Selby, MPA (Drew Selby) to the Salem County Inter Agency Council of Human Services as our new Grants & Contract Manager!

Andrew brings more than a decade of experience in nonprofit and public sector leadership, with a strong focus on human services planning, grants management, and cross-system collaboration. A Camden native, he has dedicated his career to advancing community-driven solutions that improve outcomes for youth, families, and vulnerable populations.

Before joining the IAC, Andrew held senior leadership roles with the Community Planning & Advocacy Council (CPAC), where he led countywide initiatives focused on prevention, family support, youth development, and homelessness. He also served as Convener of the Camden County Childrenโ€™s Inter-Agency Coordinating Council (CIACC), working across systems to elevate youth and family voice, identify service gaps, and strengthen coordinated responses.

Andrew brings deep experience in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and building partnerships that strengthen systems of care. In his new role, he will support our grant development and monitoring efforts, strengthen contract management, and help advance initiatives that promote housing stability and improve coordination across services in Salem County.
