Evening folks. A little update on the Sno-Angels garage. Shawn picked up the doors this morning and the crew returned to install them along with finishing the interior. They got the bathroom framed and now waiting for the electrician to return and run the wires. Overhead door will be on the way soon. Stay tuned. ;)

Good evening folks. A little update on the Sno-Angels groomer garage. Well, Shawn Goyette's crew was busy this week. Insolated all the interior ceiling and walls of the garage. finished most of the exterior siding and soffit vents in the eaves. Interior window trims done today and metal ceiling sheathing as well as almost of the wall metal sheathing. Everything is falling into place quickly. Nice work gentleman. Thank you. ;)

Good evening folks. A little update on the Sno-Angels groomer garage. Yesterday Shawn Goyette's hard core crew finished the roof sheathing and put the metal roof on the back side and 1/2 on the river side. It hit 90* in the shade. The metal too hot to continue. This morning they finished the river side of the roof and put on the wrap and windows. They got one side almost complete with metal siding. Jason Morneault our electrician showed up and started running the electrical as well. Stay tuned for updates. ;)

Good afternoon, folks. It been a few quiet months, but our new groomer garage construction is underway as of last Saturday 8/1/2026. Congratulations to Shawn Goyette of Marty's Custom Builders on his bid. They started this past Saturday and framed two walls. Due to rain Monday, they returned Tuesday and finished the framing and sheathed the walls. Today the rafters went up and ½ the roof sheathed. They are on a roll. More photos to come. ;)

Good afternoon, folks. A few pics and update on the Sno-Angels groomer garage pad. Concrete floor was poured a few days ago. Looks awesome and they did a great job. Stay tuned for next phase. :)

Good morning folks. A little update on the Sno-Angels groomer garage pad. Before the rain the contractor had been installing the forms for the concrete pad. They will finish the form setup soon and start the concrete pour weather permitting. Stay tuned. ;)

The St. Francis Sno-Angels are currently accepting bids for the building construction portion of our new groomer garage project.

This bid includes the structural framing, roofing, siding, insulation, doors, windows, and related labor and materials required for construction of a 28' x 60' groomer garage.

Hey folks. Here is a little update on the Sno-Angels groomer garage pad prep. Last Friday, Jeff and Doug pulled all the stumps with the excavator from the cut trees this spring. Monday the topsoil was stripped and they trucked 50+ loads of gravel from the quarry my wife and I own that was donated to make the pad for the concrete. Here are photos of what was done so far. We also fixed the entrance at the tar road the snowmobilers use to enter at the lodge. Next will be the concrete pad. Big thank you to David, Jeff, Erwin, Doug, and Douglas for all your hard work.
