Job Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. Help new employees with the onboarding process by preparing information packets and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, responding to questions about policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Event Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, training sessions, and other HR-related events, ensuring smooth logistics and communication.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update employee records, processing documentation for new hires, terminations, and changes in job classifications
- Administrative Support: Provides assistance to the Directors and Managers including mailings, internal and external communication and payroll support
