As we prepare to celebrate 25 years of caring for our community, we've been digging through the archives!

Just one year after opening our doors, founders Dr. Patrick Gannon and John Collins were recognized with Hometown Hero Awards for their vision and dedication to helping uninsured neighbors access healthcare.

Over the past 25 years, hundreds of volunteers have shared their time and expertise, making it possible to provide more than 60,000 medical and dental visits to nearly 10,000 patients.

As the only free medical and dental clinic in Kane County, we are proud to serve our uninsured neighbors and grateful for the many heroes who have volunteered, donated, and supported our mission along the way.

Thank you for helping us build a healthier community, one patient at a time.

Why does Tri City Health Partnership exist? Because when patients were asked where they would go if they couldn't receive care at TCHP, 41% said they would go to the emergency room, while 27% said they would not seek medical care at all.

TCHP was founded to provide medical and dental care to uninsured individuals, before chronic conditions become serious or life-threatening. By providing preventive and ongoing care, we help patients stay healthy while reducing unnecessary emergency room visits.

When our patients are healthy, they can work, take care of their families, and participate in community life!

Thank you to the 15 volunteers who answered the call for our cleaning and maintenance day on Saturday! Thanks to your hard work and willingness to lend a hand, dozens of projects, both big and small, were completed and checked off our list. We truly appreciate your generous gift of time and talent!

Today, we had the pleasure of spending time with our founders, Dr. Patrick Gannon and John Collins, hearing stories from the early days of TCHP and reflecting on the vision that made our mission possible.

Their compassion, dedication, and commitment to serving uninsured members of our community have helped shape TCHP into the organization it is today. We are deeply grateful for their leadership and the lasting impact they have made on countless lives.

Dr. Gannon and John will be joining us at our 25th Anniversary Celebration of Care and Community on August 30, and they hope to see you there as we celebrate this milestone together!
