Due to the recent rainy weather, the fields in Venella Park are in an extremely vulnerable condition. One bad decision by someone on an electric dirt bike riding on very wet & soggy grass can end the seasons for hundreds of youth players in the RYAA Soccer , RYAA Flag Football and Runnemede School District Volz Soccer programs.

Borough of Runnemede, NJ parents, if your children have e-bikes or electric dirt bikes, please talk to them about riding responsibly and respectfully.

⚽🛴 Attention Residents and Parents 🛴⚽

The Borough reminds everyone that electric scooters, e-bikes, and other motorized recreational vehicles are not permitted on soccer fields or athletic playing surfaces.

These vehicles can damage grass, create unsafe conditions for athletes, and increase maintenance costs for our parks and recreation facilities. The fields are maintained for the enjoyment and safety of all participants, and we ask everyone to help protect these community assets.

Please use designated paths and approved areas when operating electric scooters and other motorized devices. Parents are encouraged to discuss these rules with their children.

Thank you for your cooperation in keeping our parks safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.

⚽️RYAA Soccer is currently looking to create a Boys U11 travel soccer team. Interested players born between August 1, 2015 - July 31, 2016 are asked to complete the information form linked below and in the 1st comment. You will then be contacted regarding workout dates and formal tryouts.

Please act soon! We are looking to begin workouts ASAP to build a roster by Oct 1st to be able to register for league entry.

This team is being created now to prepare for eligibility to enter the South Jersey Soccer League (SJSL) in October which will make the team eligible to participate in local tournaments by late fall and enter travel league play in Spring 2027. Once selected, the player commits to one seasonal year (August - July) of participation with the team.

This team will typically train 2 times per week throughout the fall and spring seasons. Some winter and summer training sessions will also be held.

The Head Coach will inform the team as to the approximate number of tournaments they will participate in throughout each season. Any tournaments considered will be local, with no overnight travel requirements.

This will be a competitive developmental program and playing time will be earned. Attendance at all games, tournaments, and training sessions will be required. 🏆

Additional information, including estimated player costs will be provided at workout sessions and tryouts.

This form request is for U11 Boys only. Additional age groups & team options may follow, depending on coach availability. RYAA Soccer runs on volunteers. If you have coaching experience or just a willingness to help, send us a message. There are plenty of opportunities to help create an awesome program for the kids both on & off the fields.
