We’re so excited to celebrate an amazing season with all of our cheerleaders and families 𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗿𝗼𝘄 at our 𝗘𝗻𝗱-𝗼𝗳-𝗦𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝗻𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘁! 🎉

📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Rumford Elementary School
🕓 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲: 11am - 1pm

We’ve got a 𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 planned for the kids; it’s going to be such a fun way to wrap up the season! 🍭💙

💙📣 A Huge Thank You from AYC 📣💙

As our season comes to a close, I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for making this season possible! 🙏🏻

As many of you know, there almost wasn’t a season, but this incredible community rallied together and made it happen. From fundraising and donations to building an amazing float and showing up with spirit and support every step of the way; you’ve all gone above and beyond. 💪🏼✨

We’ll be sharing a few important updates soon, including:
📊 A summary of what was raised through this season’s fundraising efforts and how those funds will be used moving forward.
📝 A link to our end-of-season feedback form. Your honest and transparent feedback helps us continue to grow and make each year better than the last.

🎉 AYC End of Season Banquet & Pasta Bar! 🍝

We’re wrapping up an amazing cheer season with our End of season Banquet, which will feature a pasta bar for our athletes and families; and we need your help to make it happen! Coaches are doing the cooking, but we’re asking our cheer families to help by donating the uncooked ingredients.

Unfortunately I was not able to go live, as the page is too new. The drawing took place in the announcers booth during halftime of the Cougars vs. Falcons game tonight!

📣 Important Season Update! 📣

As we wrap up our cheer season, here’s what the remainder will look like ⬇️

✨ For the next two weeks, we’ll continue with one practice per week.
🏈 If any of our AYF teams make the playoffs, we’ll be cheering for those home games! (Dates and times will be posted as soon as they’re confirmed.)
🏆 AYF is hosting the championship games this year, and if any of our teams make it, we’ll be cheering them on!
🎀 If none of our teams make the championship, our cheerleaders will still perform that day — we’ll have a single performance to close out the season!

I’ll share calendars and final details as soon as everything is confirmed, but here are some Save the Dates to keep in mind:

🗓️ Wednesday, October 22 — Fun Practice, 5:30–6:30 PM
🗓️ October 26 — Possible Playoff Game (TBD)
🗓️ Monday, October 27 — Final Practice, 5:00–6:30 PM (Juniors & Littles only)
🗓️ Wednesday, October 29 — MVCS game (Bigs only)
🗓️ Saturday, November 1 — Championship Game (details to come)
🗓️ Saturday, November 8 or Sunday, November 9 — End of Season Party (final info coming soon!)

We know that some info and dates are variable, and we truly appreciate everyone’s flexibility and understanding as we iron out the final details. 💙

Lastly, I’ll be putting out an anonymous Google Form soon to get feedback from everyone on how the season went. Your honest and transparent input is so valuable and will help us continue to grow and improve moving forward. 🤍
