Our Early Care & Education program and Early Learning Centers are nationally recognized for high quality educational and comprehensive programming that has proven to impact your child’s ability to succeed in school. Community Concepts Early Learning programs provide Head Start services that focus on the developmental, educational, social, health and nutritional needs of young children. This includes working with you to help you get the support you need, such as access to health, dental, nutrition and special education services for your child. The Chisholm Early Learning Center is one of Community Concepts' 15 Early Learning Centers in Central and Western Maine, located at 126 York Street in Rumford. We offer home-based Early Head Start with child/family services in your home at no cost. We have various preschool Head Start classrooms.
