rything you do, and discover your unique purpose in this world. From love and relationships to work and finance, from fear and anxiety to joy and celebration, from illness to health, and from birth to death and all life cycles in between. You can look forward to a stimulating journey, which will incite you to actualize your vast potential and strive for true inner happiness and fulfillment. Havayah is inspired from the Tetragrammaton of G-d’s Divine Name, the four Hebrew letters yud-hei-vav-hei, arranged differently, which results in the meaning “existence” or “being”, serving to indicate the relation between The Creator and the verb “to be”. Rather than treating reality as a jumble of incidents, we recognize that our world is governed by the absolute and unchanging laws of nature, known as cause and effect. We have the ability to uncover new understanding of reality, and with it, the ability to shape it and live in the NOW.

Beha’alotcha - A short excerpt from the ‘Weekly Tune-up’ class on this week’s Parasha (Torah Portion), ‘Beha’alotcha’. Shavua Tov everyone!

The second sentence of the weekly parsha (portion) Beha’alotcha says “בְּהַֽעֲלֹֽתְךָ֙ אֶת־הַנֵּרֹ֔ת”, which means ‘on your ascension of the candles’, or in other words when you raise the candles. Candles are not raised, they are lit. But in this case, the candles refer to the different levels of our soul. Raising the different levels of our soul to a higher and more elevated state refers to the way we manage our life and our own internal and personal development. Listen to the points I share in this video to understand how to better manage anything in our life and improve our internal and personal development.

Excerpt from a previous ‘Weekly Tune-up’ class on this week’s Parasha (Torah portion): NASO.

The name of the weekly Parasha (Torah portion), ‘Naso’, in English means “Carry”. This refers to our ‘Tikkun’ (life correction) that we carry throughout our lives. Through our tikkun, we need to alwasy work on carrying and lifting ourselves to a higher spiritual level, internally and in every aspect in life.

A year ago this week 💙🇮🇱

Our very first Havayah Israel trip, and what a week it was! Truly one of the most unforgettable experiences in the Holy Land. A beautiful blend of spirituality, connection, adventure, and joy.

Endlessly grateful to Rony and Avigail (Vigi) for leading with such heart, and to every single person who joined and helped bring this journey to life. We shared something really special, and we can’t wait for many more trips and memories together.

Some of the incredible places we experienced:
• The Kotel (Western Wall)
• The Kotel Tunnels
• The Walls of Jerusalem
• City of David
• Machaneh Yehuda Shuk
• Bahá’í Gardens, Haifa
• Tzadikim sites, the old city & boardwalk in Tveria
• The Kineret (Sea of Galilee)
• Tzadikim sites, the old city & a beautiful Shabbat in Tzfat

To more meaningful moments, deeper connections, and shared journeys 🤍✨

Last week’s Havayah Lag Ba’Omer 2026 🔥
Hosted beautifully by one of our community members, the night was filled with so much light and life; an abundant buffet, a powerful and grounding lecture by Rony, marshmallow roasting by the bonfire, and endless dancing 🕺

Honoring the legacy of Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai (author of the Zohar) on his Hillulah (death anniversary), whose light continues to shine through generations and gatherings like these 🔥

A night of joy, connection, and community we’ll carry with us 🫶✨

Most people are tight because they never do this:

This simple movement by Rony Sussan gently opens the shoulders, neck, and lower back, especially after sleep or long hours of sitting.

Hinge your upper body forward to about a 90° angle and hold onto a stable object, like a chair. Keep your back and legs as straight as possible.

Breathe deeply into your belly.

Gently press your hips back as much as you comfortably can while maintaining that 90° position, and at the same time, press forward through your hands. Feel your spine lengthen and your body expand.

Then slowly rise back up, reaching your arms overhead as if trying to touch the ceiling.

If you can, practice this once a day, even just 30 seconds.

30 seconds can shift everything. Release what your body has been holding. ✨

Imagine you’re in pain, and then someone calls you needing help. You show up for them… and suddenly, your pain fades.

Or think about a mother running into a burning building to save her children, her focus shifts so deeply outward that her own pain is inexistant.

Then comes this week’s Parasha (Torah Portion), ‘Emor’. It teaches us about the kohanim (high priests), whose role is to serve others, and about the holidays that pull us out of ourselves and into connection, purpose, and something higher.

The message is simple but powerful: When you are focused only on your own pain, it grows.

But when you step into purpose, when you show up for someone else, something shifts.

That is the true essence of ‘Emor’: we don’t wait to feel better to live with purpose, living with purpose is what lifts us.

Pain shrinks when your world expands. And nothing expands you more than being there for someone else.

Read the caption for a preview of the points I discuss in the class of this week’s Holiday, Shvii Shel Pesach (the 7th day of Passover). Chag Sameach and Happy Passover!

As we near the end of the holiday Pesach (Passover) this week, we will celebrate ‘Shvii shel Pesach’ (the seventh day of Passover). This day is about Moses and the Israelites splitting and crossing the Red Sea. In Hebrew, the Red sea is called ‘Yam Soof’, which can also mean the sea of End. The simple yet important lesson for us is to constantly strengthen ourselves to split and cross any kind of red sea, or end, we face in life: end of a relationship, roadblocks in our business, and so on.

In the full class, I discuss the following points/questions to better understand how to cross our own sea of “ends”:

1. What is stopping us from truly enjoying life?

2. Does the work we invest in daily promise my future?

3. What are the priorities in life that I think are good for me?

4. What happens if I invest time or money in a specific endeavor that I then realize is not for me?

5. Do you have and if you have a dream, what is holding you from achieving this dream?

As we prepare for Pesach, the festival of freedom, we tend to take it literally, as in leaving the physical Egypt, or hardships in our life. In truth, we should be focusing on leaving our internal Egypt, the inner voice and conflicts that are truly holding us back from achieving our potentials.

We all carry two voices within us. One is reactive, loud, and driven by fear or impulse.
The other is quieter, grounded, wise, and aligned with who we truly are.

This is the inner battle we face every day:
What to say or not say.
Where to go or not go.
Who we choose to be in each moment.

True freedom is not just physical, it is mental and spiritual. It is the ability to pause, to choose, to not be ruled by every passing thought.

We are not our thoughts.
We are the ones who witness them, and decide which voice to follow.

This Pesach, may we free ourselves from the noise,
and learn to listen to the still, quiet voice within us that leads us to clarity, strength, and truth.

Helping and healing myself motivated me to help others. Most people approach Rony for help with issues relating spiritual and physical pain, anxiety, personal issues, and so on. Our approach is holistic. We combine ancient spiritual wisdom, along with different self-healing methods, like movement, dietary practices, etc., to help people heal themselves, from many issues that do not necessarily require medication or a doctor, and can help avoid both if you are willing to do the work; or can assist any medication or operation you are going through.

Excerpt from the ‘Weekly Tune-up’ class on this week’s Parasha (Torah portion): VAYIKRA.

This weekly parsha (portion) Vayikra, and almost the whole book of Leviticus, deals with the sacrifices made in the Holy Temple, and generally made by the Israelites. In the second sentence of the parsha, it says “אָדָ֗ם כִּי־יַקְרִ֥יב מִכֶּ֛ם”, meaning that a person will sacrifice from themselves. The simple yet important lesson is to teach us that in order to progress, gain and achieve anything in life, we almost always need to make a sacrifice from within: our time, our comfort, our energy, and so on.

Unfortunately, many who don’t understand and internalize this concept, often become the ones who are sacrificed and live life as a victim, which blocks them from the achievements they seek and their purpose in life.
