💙 June is Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month. 💙

Did you know that nearly 80% of su***de deaths in the United States are men? Despite this alarming statistic, many men are less likely to seek help due to stigma, societal expectations, and the pressure to “be strong.”

Real strength is speaking up. Real strength is asking for help. Real strength is checking in on the people you care about.

At the Kyle Jones Foundation, we believe every conversation has the power to save a life. This month, we encourage everyone to reach out to the men in their lives, listen without judgment, and remind them that they are not alone.

Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and su***de prevention—one conversation at a time.

Today we remember and honor the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Their sacrifice is the foundation upon which so many of our opportunities, communities, and missions are built.

At the Kyle Jones Foundation, we are reminded that service, compassion, and love for others leave a lasting impact far beyond ourselves. This Memorial Day, we pause in gratitude for those who served selflessly and gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country. 🇺🇸
