🎉 Please help us welcome the newest member of the Century Club of Tennessee, Ms. Maurene!

Ms. Maurene loves to quilt, write in her journal, work puzzles, play bingo, and crochet.

Maurene has quilted more than 1,000 quilts, which she has donated to organizations serving older adults, children, veterans, and others in need. As a quilter myself, I would love the opportunity to meet Maurene and see some of her beautiful quilts!

Her advice for a long and rewarding life? “Be kind to others, help those in need, and love the Lord.”

And her secret to longevity? “A cup of black coffee and a Little Debbie in the morning.” ☕️🍪

Enjoyed celebrating with Mr. Patterson, Century Club of Tennessee member, and family on his 100th birthday! Kudos for Mayors Cal Doty and Kevin Morrison for recognizing Greene County's centenarians.

Edward Patterson of Chuckey turned 100 last month, and was honored with a joint proclamation from the Town of Greeneville and the Greene County government.
