Starting tomorrow, September 1 …
I will be giving gas cards to anyone that is working and needing a little extra help with being able to pay bills. This will run through September 11.

Three things required,,

1. You have to show your proof of employment
2.Your income has to be less than $1,500 a month. Must show a check tab.
3. You must live in Franklin County

Contact me for where we can meet to discuss the 3 requirements and receive your gas card.

One per household and I won’t be meeting anyone on weekends.

Will also consider you if you have to pay for a ride to work.

Thank you, thank you,thank you to everyone that sent me money to purchase water with!! Water is an essential element and I try to provide it to people. Not only the homeless but a lot of people don’t have good drinking water because of neglect from homeowners! Blessings to you all for filling a need!!

Help if you can!

A FULL PANTRY CAN MEAN SO MUCH MORE THAN A FULL SHELF.

It can mean a meal for someone who is hungry.
A little relief for a family going through a hard season.
A reminder to a neighbor that their community cares.

The Franklin County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee is helping Transition Basics of Franklin County stock their pantry—and we need YOUR help to fill it!

Next time you're shopping, grab one extra item and drop it off at any of our three Franklin County Farm Bureau offices.

Pantry staples, individually packaged foods, personal-care products, cleaning supplies, baby items, gift cards and more are needed.

We’ll be collecting through December 31, 2026.

Transitions Basics works year-round to provide food and necessities to unhoused and homebound members of our community.

One extra item in your cart could be one less worry for someone in need.

Sometimes life causes you to hit the wall and when you do it crumbles down around you…it hurts and you think you can’t get up….but then someone comes along and reaches down and says let me help you up…together we will build that wall back and you will be stronger to go on….that’s what Jesus does….

We are in the process of trying to help a young lady up and it seems the only way she can see is down…we just want to encourage everyone to reach out your hand and help these people see something besides down!

The wall won’t look the same as it did before it fell but it will be strong enough to stand through more storms….

Be the strength someone else is needing…
