Good morning sweet, sweet friends and family! Today is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be so, so, so grateful! A sincere and grateful thank you for all the birthday wishes and simply amazing salutations for my 65th! Wow...my soul sings! TRULY!
I have had a bit of time away from the Sanctuary as I was feeling overwhelmed, overtired and downright exhausted from working in extreme heat temps 10 hours a day, non-stop phone calls for rescue, caring for my loving husband who has severe stenosis at the moment, and keeping up with the property. I can't remember the last time I had a day off, except my travel to and from Canada to see my husband. Immigration processing still has not made a decision after two years of waiting, but that's okay, because nothing could break the bond that we have built. He is my best friend, biggest cheerleader, and the most loving husband I could ever be blessed to be united with by our Lord. God, how I love you!
My brothers, Bob and Dave, my sister-in-law, Teresa, came for a few days to take care of all the angels with tails, as Mark and I went fishing and "live streaming" at the beautiful Bennett Springs. We booked a sweet cabin, nestled in the middle of nowhere, amongst the trees and the sounds of the river. It took a couple of days to decompress, but I feel anew and back at it again, as the Sanctuary is my passion, my other love, my mission. I could never thank my family enough for their compassion and love for allowing this small retreat as they took care of all the angels with kindness and love. I am the luckiest girl in the world to have such an amazing set of brothers and their wives and family.
I did catch some nice trout, baby bass, and some teeny suckers that made me giggle. Of course, where I am in my journey of life, I can no longer keep my fish, as I was catching and releasing and just enjoying God's free gifts of nature.
Thank you...thank you...thank you...for all your wishes of support, love and making me feel so loved and appreciated. I didn't know how much that would perk me up as I was feeling somewhat abandoned in my exhaustion. Shame on me for my egocentrism. I am learning every day to slow er' down a bit as it proves more fruitful in my mind, body and Spirit.
I love being 65 and I love growing older...life is so, so short, but along with aging, comes wisdom, what's truly important, what to get rid of and what to keep in it. It's a beautiful thing, despite the struggles sometimes. With no pain, comes no learning of all the things that He wishes us to learn in this mortal part of the journey. Struggles have become only a question to me, now more than ever before, to "what are you trying to teach me Lord?". Oh, how He gets such a laugh out of me, I'm sure.
I love each of you in ways you could ever understand. I pray for such great miracles and wisdom for you. I pray for serenity and His unconditional love to be realized like never before. We are all ONE...humans, animals, and all that is on earth that is holy and good. Have a safe and blessed day...may all those that look into your eyes, see His. I love you and thank you from my inner soul.
I am including an excerpt of writing from my brother, Bob, who leads a holy life as a monk. He is a great man. So much depth to his spirituality that is hard to explain and even understand at times. I want to be like him when I grow up.... smile. I'll get there and I pray the same for you. God's infinite blessings to you.

“Be still and know that I am God” (Psalm 42)
This presentation examines the nature of stillness. What is stillness? Where does it originate? Am I the source of Stillness? It is said that human beings exist within a continuous field of movement and vibration. From the rhythms of the heartbeat and breath to the subtle oscillations of the nervous system and sensory experience, the body is inherently vibratory.
Is it possible that the contemplative way of life is a theological metaphor for a way of life that organically emerges from an ambient, vibrating movement? An ambient, vibrating movement refers to the experience of physical vibrations that interact with the human/Being, influencing the body, mind, and deeper dimension of subjective awareness.
This phenomenon suggests that vibration is not merely an external physical event but an embodied process through which human beings experience connection, regulation, and transformation. When these vibrations are perceived and integrated into consciousness, they may foster a sense of grounding, contemplative awareness, and inner harmony.
To be aligned with the ground of being is a vibratory movement. It is the bridge between physical embodiment and the contemplative dimension of human experience. Be still so you may experience the vibratory movement emerging from the ground of the eternal soul.
This presentation is not merely informational but an adventure into an intimate experience of the deepest ground of being. The vibratory movement will be the catalyst, organically grounding us in the Divine heartbeat. This is the eternal cosmic heartbeat in which we will eternally dance.
