When we say Rockwell is the best around, we mean it!!
Congratulations to all the students and staff who worked so hard to reach this achievement.

Today, the state officially lifted the embargo on our school report card data, and we are bursting with pride to share our BIG news with our community!

Our students, teachers, and staff didn't just meet expectations this year—they completely blew them out of the water:
🐝 We jumped from just 3 points away from a "D" all the way to a "B" rating!
🐝 We went from not meeting growth to EXCEEDING growth!
🐝 We met growth targets across EVERY SINGLE subgroup in our building!

Growth like this doesn't happen by accident. It happens endless dedication, incredible teachers, hardworking students, and a community that never stops supporting us. To put it simply... our progress is un-BEE-livable! 🐝✨

To our entire school family: thank you for believing in our kids and pushing us to new heights. We set a brand new standard for excellence, and we are just getting started!

🚀 ROCKWELL ELEMENTARY PTA
INVEST IN A CHILD IS BACK!

Folders & forms coming home this week!

Mission Control is excited to launch our annual “Invest In A Child” fundraiser for the 2026–2027 school year!

This is our ONE fundraiser of the year, and unlike traditional fundraisers, there are no products to sell, no catalogs, and no door-to-door selling! Instead, students simply invite family and friends to make a donation and invest directly in their education.

100% of every dollar raised stays right here at Rockwell Elementary!

Your support helps make so many things possible, including:

Student enrichment
Classroom resources
Family events
Teacher appreciation
Campus improvements
…and so much more!

OUR SCHOOL GOAL: $15,000

And we have a BIG goal reward…

If our Rockets reach $15,000, the entire school will celebrate with a SCHOOL-WIDE FALL FESTIVAL in October! 🎃

WOW.

We were absolutely blown away by the turnout tonight! Seeing SO many families who want to be involved, volunteer, and have a hand in their child’s school and education was seriously the best thing.

And a HUGE thank you to everyone who stayed for our PTA meeting!
I’ll be honest… I was NOT prepared to stand up and publicly speak to a crowd that big 😂But we hope you walked away with some important information, a few dates to remember, and maybe even a little spark of interest in getting involved with PTA this year!

We are so excited about this school year and everything we can accomplish when we have families, teachers, staff, and PTA working together.

Tonight was a pretty awesome reminder that Rockwell really does have an amazing community.

We’re excited to share a few more ways your Rockwell PTA is investing in our staff and students! 💜

*For our car rider staff: We purchased UV blocking umbrellas and cooling towels to help keep our amazing staff a little cooler while they’re outside serving in the heat!

*For our Kindergarten & 1st Grade classrooms: We purchased large easels for every K–1 classroom to support their new reading curriculum this year! These will give our teachers an additional tool to make learning more interactive and engaging for our youngest Rockets.

Every membership, fundraiser, donation, and purchase helps us turn PTA support into real things our students and staff can use!
