Families with children 5 and under across San Bernardino County can join the First 5 San Bernardino's Gift a Kid a Book campaign! Folks can reserve their spot to join the Pop-Up Literacy Tour using the QR code on the flyer! Find a pop-up near you from Monday 10/19 through Friday 10/23! On October 17th, 2026, RivCoParks is hosting the Jurupa Valley Boo-Rupa Event! From 5:00pm-10:00pm, families can enjoy free entry, and the first 500 youth attendees will receive a trick-or-treat bag! The event will also have Halloween mazes, hayrides, carnival games & prizes!
