💙 MEET THE TEAM: Natarsha Davis! 💙

Today, we’re excited to introduce another member of The Blessing Collective family — Board Member Natarsha Davis! ❤️

Originally from Beaufort, South Carolina, Natarsha has called Richlands home since 2010, when her husband, Chris, was stationed at Camp Lejeune with the Marine Corps.

Natarsha and Chris are proud parents of three children — a daughter serving in the Navy, a son serving in the Army, and a youngest son who is a senior at Richlands High School. They’re also blessed with a sweet 4-year-old grandson! 💕

When she’s not serving her community, Natarsha works as an EC teacher assistant with Onslow County Schools.

So, what brought Natarsha to The Blessing Collective?

After meeting Amanda and learning about the mission to help neighbors facing food insecurity and struggling to afford basic hygiene necessities, Natarsha knew she wanted to be part of something making a difference.

Her favorite part? Serving alongside volunteers who share a heart for helping others and being the hands and feet of Jesus in our community. 🙌

We are incredibly thankful for Natarsha’s servant heart, her dedication to our mission, and the love she pours into our neighbors!

🎄❤️ 374 STUDENTS FUNDED! ❤️🎄

We are getting closer and closer to our goal, and it’s all because of YOU!

Thanks to last night’s Blessings & Bingo, we raised enough to fund 46 MORE winter break meal and hygiene kits, bringing our total to 374 students sponsored! 🎉

That means 374 local students will have 15 breakfasts, 15 lunches, 15 snacks, and essential hygiene items to help them through winter break when school cafeterias are closed.

🎯 Our original goal: 500 students
❤️ Funded so far: 374
🎄 Just 126 more to reach 500!

But we aren’t stopping there! An estimated 1,300 students in Onslow County will be receiving weekend food assistance by winter break. We want to reach as many of those children as possible!

🎄 319 WINTER BREAK MEAL KITS FUNDED! 🎄

We are so thankful to share that 319 local students are now sponsored for Operation Christmas Stocking! That means 319 children will have breakfast, lunch, snacks, and hygiene essentials available during winter break. ❤️

But we still have a long way to go.

Our hard goal is more than 500 kits, and by winter break, an estimated 1,300 local students are expected to be receiving weekend food assistance. When school closes for an extended break, the dependable meals many students receive through school disappear too.

Each $40 sponsorship provides one student with 15 breakfasts, 15 lunches, 15 snacks, and hygiene essentials.

Here’s how you can help:

* Sponsor a student for $40
* Sponsor multiple students as a family, business, church, or organization
* Shop our Operation Christmas Stocking wishlist
* Host a collection drive for meal-kit items
* Invite The Blessing Collective to speak to your church, business, or community group
* Attend or support one of our upcoming fundraisers

We need 181 more kits just to reach 500 — and we don’t plan to stop there. If the support keeps coming, we’ll keep adding students and schools for as long as we can.

Because when an estimated 1,300 students may need weekend food assistance, 500 can’t be the finish line.

💙 Meet the Team: Ali Beachum, Board Member

Ali was born and raised right here in Onslow County and still proudly calls this community home. She lives locally with her husband and their two dogs.

Ali first connected with The Blessing Collective while working with the local school system. Our team reached out to her schools hoping to sponsor families for Christmas, and she quickly connected with the heart behind the mission.

As a social worker by trade, Ali has a passion for helping others and strengthening the community she grew up in. Joining The Blessing Collective as a board member felt like a natural way to continue giving back and supporting local families in meaningful ways.

We’re so thankful to have Ali on our team and grateful for the experience, compassion, and heart for service she brings to The Blessing Collective. 💙
