This page is owned by the Friends of North Stanly Trails and Parks. The Friends maintain trails in the Misenheimer, New London, and Richfield areas and also promote area parks. The Falcon Trail is a natural and mostly wooded trail that is 2.72 miles long and runs from Misenheimer to Richfield Park (102 acres).

Yesterday was a beautiful day on the Falcon Trail. Great way to celebrate National Trails Day.

What a beautiful day for a walk on the Falcon Trail! My pictures don't hold a candle to those of the esteemed Gary R. Weart. I don't take my glasses with me when I walk, so I can't tell if the pictures are blurry or if it's just me until I get home. Turns out it's both! Haha!
