The costumes are on. The competition is spooky. And YOU get to decide the winner! 🎃

The Reynoldsburg Community Center YMCA Executive Director, Chris Crume (aka Storm Trooper), is challenging City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio- Government Mayor Joe Begeny (aka Mad Hatter) to a costume contest!

Think one costume deserves the crown? Bring a canned food donation to cast your vote. Every can benefits the Reynoldsburg Helping Hands Food Pantry. YOUR VOTE = A CAN OF FOOD 🥫

Cast Your Vote at These Locations:
- City Hall — 7232 E Main Street
- Reynoldsburg Community Center YMCA — 1470 Davidson Drive
- Reynoldsburg Senior Center — 1520 Davidson Drive
- Reynoldsburg Police Department — 7240 E Main Street

The winner will be announced at the Reynoldsburg Community Association Community Halloween Event on Saturday, October 17 at JFK Park from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m.! Voting continues until 7:00 PM!

And here is the trick-or-treating twist: Every can donated at the event counts as TWO votes! So, bring your cans, bring your friends, and come ready to settle the most important question of Halloween: WHO HAS THE BEST COSTUME!?

As many in our community are experiencing, we’re currently without power, too. Please check our website or YMCA360 notifications for the most up-to-date information on our YMCA’s status.

In the meantime, the Whitehall Community Park YMCA and Gahanna/John E. Bickley YMCA have power and are available to you. Your YMCA membership gives you access to these locations at no additional cost.

We hope everyone is staying safe following this extreme weather. 💙
