The Super Braxton Pediatric Cancer 5K is on Saturday November 7, 2026. It includes the following events: 5K Run/Walk (In-Person) and 5k Run/Walk (Virtual).

The Reynoldsburg Lions Club had a regular crew out picking up trash today along our route on Taylor Road, and good thing - there was plenty for all! The top strange finds today included a pre-packaged doggie doo bag, women's un**es, an Epi Pin, and one we've never seen before, a dead goldfish floating in a water bottle!

We always appreciate those who yell out thanks, give us a honk or wave, and those who hang onto their trash until they get to the next trashcan. We'll be out again in October.

In all the chaos around mid August and the weeks after, helping where possible those who were affected by the floods and winds, we completely forgot to highlight the Tomato Festival.

First, major props to Reynoldsburg Parks & Rec Dept for even making it possible. The amount of cleanup that was required in two days was almost insurmountable, yet they did.

The Lions were responsible for the Kids Area this year, a free area for kids and their parents to have fun and unwind with a wide variety of activities and things to do. We could not have done it without the assistance of the Reynoldsburg High School Leos, Reynoldsburg Robotics Club, and the Reynoldsburg Community Association, all that provided volunteers, and our regular stand alone youth volunteers Caleb, Nolan, Hudson, Jude and Kiera.

Thanks most of all to the families who came in and enjoyed th we area. The smiles made all the effort worth it!

The Reynoldsburg Lions want to thank the many donors who braved the rain this past Saturday to bring food to our annual Pet Food Drive. We also want to thank the City of Reynoldsburg, Ohio- Government for including this event on their calendar and allowing us to hold the drive-through event at City Hall. Pet Food is a serious issue among seniors, homeless and other economically challenged groups who view their pets as their closest companions; they will get human food and starve themselves to feed their animals. 670 lbs were donated, with more being delivered this week. If you would like to donate as well, you can either take a donation to a local food bank or call 740-412-4692. Thank you for helping us help others!
