We held our annual IBEW 401 Picnic this past weekend! Huge Thank you to Women’s Committee, EWMC, and Renew Committee for helping us make this year’s picnic such a huge success. Thank you to all the Members & families who continue to make this local grow! Can’t wait to see everyone next year!

IBEW Local 401 is seeking to add an Organizer to the Local 401 team.

If you are interested, motivated, curious and ready to work hard for the better good of Local 401 and the IBEW, please apply.

Please submit the following to the Organizing Department at the Union Hall by 5pm on June 26th, 2026.
- Cover letter: include introduction, why you want to be an Organizer and how you feel about organizing and why.
- Detailed resume

Required Qualifications and Criteria:
- Must be a current and active Local 401 member
- Must be a Book 1 Journeyman or Installer
- Must be able to work 40+ hours per week
- Must be able to work nights and weekends when needed
- Some travel required

ALL complete applications, with cover letter and resume, will be reviewed and scheduled for an interview.

📣 CE/CW ANNOUNCEMENT 📣 Starting on March 1st, 2026, CE/CW’s will start the strike system. If you miss a dispatch, you will receive a strike. If you miss three dispatches, you will be removed from the Books/Out Of Work List.
Due to an increasing amount of people on the books, this system will help get you out to work quicker.
If you are removed from the Book, you will beed to come in person to sign a blue slip to have your name put back on the books.
Pay attention to Dispatch dates. CE/CW dispatch will remain at the same time 10am.
