Kratom comes from a plant. That doesn’t mean it’s risk-free.

Young people may see kratom as something natural or harmless without understanding how it can affect the body and brain. It can cause effects like nausea, drowsiness, increased heart rate, and may lead to dependence and withdrawal with repeated use.

That’s why education matters.

The more young people know about what they’re seeing and using, the better prepared they are to make informed choices.
