Yohana Lara brought so much heart, talent, and energy to the main stage at both our Long Beach and Raymond Pride celebrations. Her beautiful voice had the crowd singing, dancing, and celebrating together, creating moments we’ll remember for a long time.

This weekend, we might get a little rain—but our community has weathered far greater storms than this.

Our LGBTQ+ community has always been resilient. We’ve faced discrimination, fought for our rights, cared for one another through loss, and continued to create joy in the face of adversity. That same resilience lives here today.

So no, a little rain isn’t going to stop us.
Not when immigrant families in our communities are living with fear and uncertainty. Not when our trans siblings continue to face attacks on their dignity, safety, and right to exist as their authentic selves.

Pride has never been just a party. It has always been a promise: that we will show up for one another, raise our voices together, and build communities where everyone belongs.
At Pacific County Pride, this is our 5th year showing up for each other. Grassroots organizing at its finest!

This weekend, we celebrate. We dance. We laugh. We lift each other up. And we remember that every act of joy is also an act of courage.
So if it rains, let it rain. We’ll wave our flags a little higher, cheer a little louder, and prove once again that love is stronger than fear, that community is stronger than hate, and that together, we are unstoppable.

Happy Pacific County Pride. Let’s make our 5th anniversary celebration the best one yet.
