Volunteer Opportunity – Let’s Plant the Town Flowers!

It’s that time of year again! The Town of Rangely is preparing to plant the beautiful flowers that line our Main Street and make our town look amazing all summer long. We are looking for volunteers to help plant them this Friday, May 8th from 8:00 AM – Noon. The planting will take place at the Rangely Community Garden. No experience needed — just bring your favorite gloves (and a smile)!
Kids and families are welcome!

Every set of hands makes a difference!

How cool is this! A youth Pitch Competition!

Big news for Rangely's young innovators!

Thanks to additional funding from Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) we are expanding the RARE Pitch Competition to include a special Youth Pitch Competition!

The Youth Pitch Competition is open to anyone a senior in high school or younger with fresh business ideas that could boost our community — whether it's a startup concept, service, product, or something totally new for Rangely. Pitch your vision to judges, win cash prizes, get mentorship, and help shape our town's future!

We're thrilled to announce that six new Hometown Hero Banners are now proudly displayed along Main Street! All of the banners will remain up through the end of next week in observance of Veterans Day. To preserve their beauty for years to come, they'll be carefully removed the following week and reinstalled just before Memorial Day 2026.
