🔔 Did you know you can now book the famous Seasoned House in Downtown Pullman?

Nick Pitsilionis, founder of Black Cypress and owner of this gorgeous building, brought it back to life with a talented team, restoring the character that makes it so unique. Every room is beautifully decorated and filled with thoughtful design details.

The Seasoned House can accommodate groups of up to 16 guests, making it a unique place to stay with family and friends for Cougar weekends, reunions, graduations, and other visits to Pullman, all right in the heart of downtown!

💙 We love seeing property owners take on projects like this, breathe new life into unique buildings, and create new possibilities for spaces in our downtown.

A special thank you to Nick and Alicia Pitsilionis Nick Pitsilionis Alicia Rae , Camilla Northrup .margret, and everyone else who helped bring this project to life. Thank you for your investment in Downtown Pullman and for helping keep our downtown vibrant and beautiful! 🙌

🚂 The Train Murals are officially unveiled! 🎉

During Lentil Fest Friday, we had the honor of officially presenting the restored train murals to our community. Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate this special piece of Downtown Pullman history!

We were so grateful to have artist Sarah Barnett, along with Stephen and Karen Swoope, owners of the Heros N Sports building, there to celebrate with us.
And of course, no unveiling is complete without cake! 🎂 Thank you to Flour Power Bakery for creating an amazing cake featuring an edible image of the train mural.
Everyone who joined us also received one of our special-edition train mural postcards! 💌

The Downtown Pullman Association is proud to help preserve these iconic pieces of downtown history. A huge thank you to Sarah Barnett, local artist and WSU art instructor, for bringing new life to these beloved murals with her incredible talent.

♥️A very special thank you to Stephen and Karen Swoope for their tremendous support and generous contribution to the restoration.
👏Thank you to our community donors: Brent Jeffers, Tricia Grantham, Paula Kimmerling, Betsy Wheeler, Bill Condon, Wade Lafferty, Eric Fejeran, Matthew Root, Bryan MacDonald, and the College Hill Association.

🎨 Originally painted in 1988 by University of Idaho fine arts student Deborah Allen, the locomotive-themed murals on the north and south sides of the Heros N Sports building have now been beautifully restored and expanded into postcard-inspired scenes celebrating Pullman’s railroad heritage.
