Our next meeting will be Aug. 18th, 11:45am-1:15pm at Zeppoz. Our speaker will be Jim Howard from Roof Maxx speaking to us about their product. We'll have a legislative update on the laws that go into effect on Jan. 1, 2027. In our newest addition to our meetings, "Know a Form", we'll discuss Smoke Detector Notifications and the Smoke-Free addendums. Great info!

No membership meeting this month, but look for a pop-up meeting between June 8-June 15th. Have a date preference? Let us know.
We are super excited to announce our July 21st meeting will be a Christmas in July meeting at Paradise Creek. Live music from 5-6pm featuring Whiskey and Wine! We'll have a white elephant gift exchange, games, prize, etc. We'll provide heavy appetizers and 2 drink tickets! How could you possibly say no?!

Our next meeting will be next Tuesday, May 19th, 11:45am-1pm at Zeppoz. We'll review another form provided to us by the Washington Landlord Association, review the newly passed laws that become effective June 11th, and then......a roundtable discussion where we can help each other and get the group's recommendations. And of course.....we'll have a gift card drawing. If you are struggling being a landlord, or just have questions, this is the meeting for you!
