Goodness Grows Yoga Community!

I want to personally thank you for the love, support, and growth you've brought into this space since March. The care you show for your bodies, your families, and this practice does not go unnoticed. I'm incredibly grateful to have shared this journey and practice with all of you over the past year.

New Year's Yoga Special Class!!!
Thursday January 1st 10am $10

January's schedule

All classes are $10 drop-in

Tuesday/Thursday 6:15pm ( 60 minutes)
Wednesdays 6:45am (45 minute )

May 2026 be a year filled with prosperity, great health, and incredible knowledge inside and out.

*There will be no yoga tomorrow December 30th or Wednesday the 31st. We’ll see you in January!*

Thank You for Making Our First Art Fair & Kindermarket a Success!

We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined us for the very first Art Fair and Kindermarket at Goodness Grows Goshen. It was truly a magical day filled with incredible talent, creative energy, and a vibrant spirit of community.

To every artist, maker, and vendor: your dedication, time, and passion were felt and appreciated by all who attended. And to all who took time out of their day to visit, explore, and support the vendors, thank you for helping make this event so special.
