Good morning!

Yoga is on tonight ( Thursday the 23rd) at 6:15pm

Starting in May we will have yoga on Tuesdays at 6:15pm and Wednesdays at 6:45am ( No Thursdays)

Derby week Only Tuesday Yoga is at 5:30pm

I wanted to clarify this information again to make sure everyone was aware!

Derby week we will have a special time on Tuesday at 5:30pm

The rest of the month we will continue with Tuesdays at 6:15pm.

Thursdays are canceled in May ❤️

I hope to have more opportunities to move your body as we move into the summer season!
