Community Matters first Themed Bingo was 70's Music! These folks can SING- but completely unplanned. It's just that 70s music is awesome and too good to pass up.

This is amazing... THREE generations of lovely ladies at the Wellness & Active Aging Expo this year!!

Enjoying demonstrations, opportunities, information and resources... We were even missing 5 organizations for various unavoidable circumstances and it was STILL a great success! Thanks to all participants and volunteers that helped pull off another Expo to celebrate and promote aging well!

Register for the 3rd in a 4-part Gut Health Series - Salad In A Jar

This is a fun, creative way to increase fiber in your diet, learn from and connect with others, and get out in front of that 'holiday foods spiral'!

Calli Curtis will teach several techniques that will make healthy eating easy and achievable & how it impacts our gut health. Bring: 4-5 clean quart jars & lids as well as 2 prepared salad toppings to share (ex: chopped veg). Leave with 4-5 salads! Healthy greens provided. Registration required for workshop preparation.
