DISTRIBUTION HOURS: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays 10 am- 12 pm

* Complete an application
* Must have proof of Powhatan residency for all household members over 18.

We have now been offered a grant for produce and frozen meats. Items will have to be picked up at Regency Square on Thursdays from 10-11. They will have our orders ready for pick up. Would anyone be interested in volunteering for this we have vans available to use.

The Food Pantry is in need of two people willing to pick up food from publix on Huguenot rd starting June. We have vans that are available to use. It would require a early pick up around 8am. Because the vans are needed for volunteers to pick up at both food lions. If anyone can help with this we would so greatly appreciate it. If we had 4 people you could alternate saturdays. It does require lifting. And loading and unloading bringing the food in and putting it away. So we will have it to give out that day. Please call Theresa 804-389-9136

Meet Chris. Him and his wife Jennifer made up 4 complete birthday kits in memory of their daughter Warren who passed when she was 17 weeks old she would have been 4 on January 9th. God is always humbling me. This is why i love working at the pantry. God allows us to meet so many people like Chris. People volunteer and bring us food because they care about others. We will make sure when we give out these birthday kits the parents know the story behind them.

We are currently in need of volunteers to pick up at food lion in Midlothian on Mondays and fridays. We also need help on wednesdays for the food lions in powhatan. It would require using our vans around 8:45 to pick up produce, meats and bakery items and bring back to the pantry weigh it and put out for our people to shop with. We are in desperate need.
