God delivered me from years of addiction, healed my body and restored my marriage. Now we have this burden to go to others coming out of addictive and destructive lifestyles. The ones in recovery homes and recovery ministries fighting for a new life in Christ. We don't really bring anything new, just the same Good News that they are already hearing from their leadership. We share our testimony, th

Next week we will head to Florida for a week of ministry. We look forward to this trip every year and this year is a little extra special because we will be visiting the Fort Myers center for the first time in several years. We are believing for our great God to show up and give us great services to encourage these precious men and women who are in one of the most challenging yet rewarding seasons of their lives.

We don’t bring anything new, but sometimes that same Good News from a distant source is able to bring confirmation and confidence for their journey. We are so honored to get to be that!

Please pray for us as we travel and pour our hearts out for the glory of Jesus.

Last night was pretty special as we finished up a few days of ministry in Louisiana.

Someone very dear to us that we actually helped get to Louisiana Adult and Teen Challenge Lafayette men’s center a few months ago was not only a totally different young man, but he opened up and prayed for our service! The Lord moved mightily in the hearts of everyone in the room!

God is doing amazing things through Ben and Connie Balentine who serve together leading these guys out of their lives of darkness and addiction with incredible passion for the Lord. It was such an honor to get to be a small part of what they are doing.

Please pray for us as we head home this morning.

For too long we've acted like addiction is something that only happens "out there" somewhere. The truth is, there are people sitting in church pews every Sunday silently fighting battles nobody knows about.

If we refuse to talk about it because it's uncomfortable, how will we ever help them?

Had a wonderful time in the Lord this evening at Winnfield 1st Assembly of God! The fellas from the Louisiana Adult and Teen Challenge Mount Grace Training center joined us.

As much as I love to preach the glorious gospel, I love watching the Holy Ghost meet folks at the altars to bring help and healing even more! He was faithful to meet us again tonight! All glory to Jesus!!

Yesterday was definitely one for the history book! Huge thanks to sister Heather Taylor Boone for such a wonderful opportunity. The book signing was great, but it was definitely secondary to the opportunities we had to share our story and encourage and pray for people who came by the bookstore yesterday. The Lord truly keeps blowing our minds as He continues to lead us from glory to glory!
