The goal of the 2015 Summit on HPV-Related Diseases is to reduce the incidence and mortality rates of HPV-associated cancers and improve the rates of HPV vaccination. This goal will be accomplished by bringing together family practitioners, pediatricians, school principals and school nurses, physician assistants in pediatric settings, parent leaders of PTOs and PTAs, school and community health educators, nurse practitioners in pediatric settings, School Health Advisory Committee (SHAC) representatives and community advocates to review and discuss the implementation of evidence-based best practices for HPV-associated disease prevention and treatment.
