Today we would like to spotlight our parade Grand Marshall's, Bronze Star recipients Cecil Peterson a 102 years young WWII Army Veteran, Glenn Schechert a USCG Korean War Era Veteran, and Anna Shalda a 1950's US Air Force Veteran. Thank you for your service to our great nation.

This parade doesn’t happen without an incredible team of people working to connect every corner of our veteran community — and today we’re celebrating Linda! 🇺🇸💙

A Retired Navy veteran, Linda has done amazing work building bridges with our Senior Veteran community. Thanks to her efforts, we’ve been able to connect with and honor some of our area’s most cherished heroes — including several WWII Veterans who have proudly served as our Parade Grand Marshals.

Her heart, dedication, and respect for those who came before her help keep the true spirit of this parade alive every year. Thank you, Linda! 👏
