πŸŽπŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ«πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ«πŸ‘©πŸΌβ€πŸ«πŸ‘¨πŸ»β€πŸ’ΌLast week at Picolo Mondo, we celebrate our remarkable educators as they begin their well-deserved retirement.

Mrs. Deanna Cunningham retires after 32 years in education, and Mrs. Leslie Jenshcke after more than 30 years of teaching, including the last 7 years at Saint Aloysius. Together, they have inspired, challenged, and supported countless students while helping to make Saint Als the special place it is today.

We would also like to recognize Mrs. Michelle Paglia, who is retiring after 22 years with the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. For 17 years, Mrs. Paglia faithfully served the students and families of Saint Aloysius, making a lasting difference through her dedication, care, and support.

We thank Mr. Anthony Palmieri as he concludes eight years of service to Saint Aloysius Parish School … four years as a teacher and four years as Principal. Throughout his time at Saint Als, Mr. Palmieri has been a dedicated Principal and an advocate for our students, faculty, and families. We are thankful for the positive influence he has had on our school and for all he has done during his years of service. As a token of our appreciation, we presented him with a beautiful drawing of Saint Aloysius Parish School by Tom Lazaunikas and wish him all the best in his new role. πŸ–ΌοΈ

Thank you all for your dedication, compassion, and the countless ways you have enriched the lives of our students. We wish each of you many blessings as you begin this exciting new chapter! πŸŽπŸ’™πŸ€πŸ’›

πŸŽ“πŸ’™πŸ’› On Wednesday, June 10, 2026, the Saint Aloysius Parish School community gathered to celebrate the graduation of the Class of 2026! A beautiful Mass celebrated by Father Wilson, followed by the presentation of diplomas and special awards as we honored the accomplishments of Mrs. Campitelli’s eighth-grade graduates. πŸ§‘β€πŸŽ“πŸ‘¨β€πŸŽ“

During his homily, Father Wilson shared the story of the viral video of a penguin who left the safety of his colony to journey toward the mountains, using it as a reminder that each person has their own unique path in life. It was a lesson he shared with the class earlier this year, which connected them. The class gifted him a drawing of the Penguin signed by all. 🐧

In his final graduation address as Principal of Saint Aloysius Parish School, Mr. Palmieri encouraged the graduates to remain true to themselves and to never lose sight of who God created them to be. Reflecting on the words of Saint Aloysius Gonzaga, he reminded them, β€œIt is better to be a child of God than king of the whole world.” He urged the students to lead with faith, authenticity, and integrity, embracing their unique gifts and talents while staying grounded in the values they learned at Saint Aloysius. The class gifted Mr. Palmieri a gorgeous Cross engraved with his name and a beautiful prayer. We thank him and wish him well as he embarks on his next journey and continues his commitment to the mission of Catholic education. ✝️

Congratulations, Class of 2026! We are proud of all you have accomplished and look forward to seeing the incredible things you will achieve. πŸ’™πŸ€πŸ’›
