We are pleased to announce that a fellow homeowner has volunteered to coordinate a community-wide yard sale for Coddington View. The event is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 16, 2026, with a scheduled rain date of Sunday, May 17, 2026.

Neighbor is looking to get rid of a basketball net. It is somewhat disassembled in the driveway of 89 Green View Drive. It's in really good condition. It does have a crack in the base and the water leaks out, but can be weighed down by using weights. Free to anyone Interested 😊

UPDATE: Skye was returned to her owners!
Our dog, Skye, is missing. She got out through our fence. She is a scared and nervous dog so we are surprised she would go far. We are off of Farmington Ave. Please if you see her let me know. She is scared of people and would bark, but would not approach you. We are in Cherrytree Farms Dev & Woodbrook Townhome/Estates off of Gilbertsville Road.
