With a purchase of $25 or more you can walk away with one but just remember we only have 42 to give out so don’t walk but RUNNNN. They won’t last long🪴👏🏼🏃🏻‍♂️

The MCSPCA will be offering a vaccine clinic to pet parents in need on Saturday May 9th, 2026, at our Perkiomenville Shelter!

There is no charge for the vaccines, but donations are appreciated.

Distemper/Parvo (DAPP+L4) vaccine for dogs – By donation
(FVRCP) vaccine for cats – By donation
Rabies vaccine for cats and dogs – By donation
Microchips will be available for a $25 fee

Event rules and reminders:

Appointments encouraged: complete form to request one!

Walk-ins will be accepted: first come, first served, while supplies last.

Dress for the weather, the waiting line will be outside.
Due to high turnout, there may be a wait time- PLEASE be patient.
Cats must be in a carrier (no traps or boxes)- no more than one cat per carrier please.
Dogs must be on leash and under your control at all times.

🐾 **WHY OUR AKITA STATUE RAFFLE MATTERS** 🐾

Many people see our **Akita Statue Raffle** and think it’s simply a chance to win one of the beautiful statues we have available.
But for us… it represents something much bigger.

At our **SafeHaven Animal Rescue Team Ranch in Texas** we care for many large-breed dogs especially **Akitas** who were abandoned, surrendered, or pulled from high-risk shelters.

These incredible dogs are loyal, intelligent, and deeply devoted to their people. Unfortunately, large breeds and guardian breeds like Akitas are often **overlooked in shelters**, and they require more resources to care for properly.

Every day at the ranch we provide:
🐾 Food and medical care
🐾 Safe shelter and space to run
🐾 Daily care and enrichment
🐾 Training and socialization
🐾 Time and patience while they wait for the right Family

The **Akita Statue Raffle** helps us raise the funds needed to continue caring for these amazing dogs while they wait for their forever homes.

And the statues themselves are truly special beautiful pieces that celebrate the strength, loyalty, and spirit of this incredible breed.

🐾 CAN YOU HANDLE ONE NIGHT IN A KENNEL? 🐾
On April 18 (7PM – 9AM) we’re hosting our
🌙 Shelter Slumber Pawty Fundraiser 🌙

We are recruiting a small group of brave animal lovers to become Pawty Ambassadors.

Participants will spend the night inside the rescue in makeshift kennel sleeping areas just like our dogs do every night. You’ll have a bedroll, blankets… and some barking, potty breaks, and late-night dog cuddles.

Why?
Because our dogs live this life every single day.
Each ambassador will raise pledges from friends, family, and followers by posting throughout the night photos, videos, and live updates showing what shelter life is really like.

We are specifically looking for people who:
• Are active on Facebook or Instagram
• Aren’t afraid to post and go LIVE
• Love animals
• Want to make a real impact

You’ll receive:

🐶 a canine roommate
🐶 snacks, coffee & breakfast
🐶 a very tired morning… and a very proud heart
