We are honored to welcome Jill Shutes, DNP, APRN, Gerontological Clinical Coordinator at Jupiter Medical Center and Director of the Johnny and Terry Gray Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caregiver Support Program. Jill brings more than 30 years of experience in geriatric care, primary care, assisted living, and community health programs throughout South Florida.
