Port Costa Conservation Society Preserving for public benefit 83 Acres East of Port Costa as a wildlife preserve and the historic 191 Across the water is Benicia, in Solano County.

Port Costa is a small town on the Carquinez Strait, located between Crockett and Martinez in west Contra Costa County.

Port Costa Conservation Society is opening the ball field next to the school for car parking for the duration of the street paving project, which we understand is August 31 – September 18. The county has not communicated much about this project beyond saying "no parking" in the affected areas for that period.

Any town resident who needs to park their car away from their home because of the paving project, is welcome to use the ball field to park.

The ball field gate will be left open for that time (8/31 - 9/18) and car owners may come and go as needed. Any cars parked there will be unattended, so people should remove valuables and lock their cars before leaving.

PCCS cannot assume any responsibility for theft or damage that might occur to cars parked in the ball field during this time.

This coming Saturday, May 30th, we'll be showing the PREMIER of the 2025 Port Costa Talent Show - The Movie!

You, your family and guests are invited!

Date: Saturday, May 30th
Time: Doors open at 6:00 PM - The movie starts at 6:45
@ the Port Costa School Auditorium
1 Plaza del Hambre, Port Costa

Admission is FREE. Parking is FREE

Bar Food, Popcorn and Beverages will be available.
The movie is 1 hour 20 minutes plus a 10 minute intermission.
Filmed and edited by Daniel Rehnberg.

Take home your own digital copy of the movie for $15.00. It includes the Movie on a USB Flash Drive plus the Program with all the acts.

Talent Show T-Shirts are also available for $20.00 (in limited sizes)
