Replacing the question trend 😅

We really thought our staff was nicer than this, but apparently you better not get on their bad side. 😬😜

Speaking of staff, you can apply for our Summer Staff positions on our website!

*Disclaimer: these were NOT the original questions we asked. 🤫

🎉 JARON YEATER HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN VOTED IN AS THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF CBM OF FLORIDA, CAMP GILEAD! 🎉

And in Jaron’s words… “What a crazy full-circle moment! I’m going home!” ❤️

As the camp director’s kid, Jaron grew up right here at Camp Gilead. It’s where he gave his life to Jesus. It’s where he committed his life to full-time vocational ministry. And now, after all these years, God is bringing him back to the very place where so much of his story is rooted!

Looking back, Jaron recognizes God’s faithfulness through the many seasons of his life, and he’s grateful for the opportunity to return to Camp Gilead to serve as Executive Director.

“Camp Gilead played such an important role in my life. My prayer is that God will continue to use this place to change lives, just like He changed mine.”

Jaron is thankful for those who have faithfully served and invested in this ministry over the years, and he’s excited to come alongside the staff, families, churches, and supporters who make it all possible.

And we couldn’t be more excited to welcome him home! 🙌

We’re looking forward to this next chapter in Camp Gilead’s story and can’t wait to see what God has in store!

Join us in congratulating Jaron as he steps into this new role!

Drop a comment below to welcome him home and let him know you’re praying for him. 🙏

“What a privilege to come home and serve where it all began!” ❤️

🚨 BREAKING NEWS FROM CAMP GILEAD! 🚐🎉

WE HAVE A NEW VAN! 🙌

On November 2, 2025, we shared a need with you: help us keep driving forward by replacing one of our aging ministry vans.

Today, we are SO EXCITED to share that, thanks to the generosity of our amazing donors, we were able to purchase a NEW VAN for the ministry! ❤️

For those who may remember, our vans play a vital role in Camp Gilead’s After-School Bible Clubs. Each week, we pick up students after school and spend time playing games, sharing a hot meal, teaching God’s Word, and helping children grow in their faith. Safe and reliable transportation makes these opportunities possible!

And here’s the best part… the new van is already on the road! 🚐 It was put to use this past weekend for a community event, and it will be back out THIS AFTERNOON transporting children for our Monday Bible Club!

What began as a need shared with our supporters has become a REALITY in less than a year. We are incredibly thankful for every person who prayed, gave, and helped make this possible. Your generosity is doing more than putting a new van in our parking lot; it’s helping us continue bringing the love of Jesus to children in our community!

THANK YOU for helping Camp Gilead keep driving forward! ❤️🙏
