Are you truly leveraging the power of AI to grow your business? 🤖💡

EO South Florida members rolled up their sleeves this week to find out, gathering yesterday in Miami and today in Broward for X100: Own Your Marketing. Master AI., an immersive, hands-on workshop with Scott Empringham.

Scott knows a thing or two about turning marketing into growth. A seasoned entrepreneur and marketing expert, he built a $10 million digital marketing agency before reinventing his business around AI. With an impressive average speaker rating of 9.8/10, he brought that experience directly to our members, working alongside them rather than simply speaking from the stage.

Over three fast-paced hours, attendees explored more than a dozen AI tools, proprietary prompts, prompt stacks and proven workflows, putting them to work on their own businesses and creating real marketing assets in the process.

🌟 Meet EO SOFLO's Trailblazer of the Month: Eric Stern.

From the towers defining Miami’s skyline to some of South Florida’s most recognizable landmarks, EO South Florida member Eric Stern has spent two decades helping shape the region from the ground up.

An engineering expert and entrepreneur, Eric has played a role in the engineering, testing and completion of major projects including Brickell City Centre, loanDepot Park, Porsche Design Tower, Aston Martin Residences and many more.

At the helm of Skyrise Engineering & Testing, Eric helped grow the firm from just two employees to more than 40 in four years, building a multidisciplinary team known for technical expertise, responsiveness and innovative problem-solving.

That growth has now opened the door to a new chapter, with Skyrise joining Certerra, a fast-growing national engineering and consulting organization. 🚀

💡 A word of wisdom from EO South Florida member Brett Trembly, CEO & Co-Founder of Get Staffed Up: "Most of us don’t resist change. We resist the uncertainty that comes with it.'

As entrepreneurs, some of the decisions that move us forward rarely feel completely comfortable: hiring that first employee, learning to delegate, launching something new, or changing course when the old way no longer works.

As Brett puts it, doing nothing can sometimes carry the greatest long-term risk.
That’s a lesson that resonates deeply within EO. Growth happens when entrepreneurs are willing to learn, adapt, share experiences, and make the leap before every answer is neatly in place.
