Congratulations to EO SOFLO business Bast Amron LLP on being recognized in the 2026 edition of Chambers USA, with four attorneys earning individual rankings and the firm receiving high praise for its bankruptcy and restructuring practice.

EO South Florida is proud to highlight member Jerry Katz, CEO of Premier Protection Insurance Services, for sharing his insights at IMN's SFR East conference in Miami Beach this week.

Speaking on the panel "Future-Proofing BTR: Winning in a World with Policy Changes, Interest Rate Volatility and Capital Market Uncertainty," Jerry joined industry leaders to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the Build-to-Rent sector today.

Representing the often-overlooked insurance perspective, Jerry emphasized how strategic risk management can directly impact portfolio performance, asset value, NOI, and long-term investment outcomes.

With more than 1,500 industry professionals in attendance, SFR East brought together some of the sharpest minds in single-family rental housing, and we're proud to see EO South Florida members helping drive the conversation.

This month, EO South Florida is recognizing David T. Goldfarb as our Trailblazer of the Month for his bold leadership and forward-thinking approach to entertainment, real estate, and experiential development across Florida.

After founding Xtreme Action Park in 2015, David transformed a successful concept into the rapidly expanding Elev8 Fun brand, with locations in Orlando/Sanford, Tampa, and Jensen Beach, and new locations coming soon to Miami and Jacksonville. The Elev8 Fun Miami location is set to open early autumn 2026 inside a former Kohl’s at Miami International Mall, and Elev8 Jacksonville is next in line at The Avenues Mall in summer 2027.
