Important HOA Notice Regarding Unauthorized Covenant Violation Letters

Hello Neighbors,

It has come to the attention of the HOA President and Board of Officers that several residents have received anonymous letters from an individual within our neighborhood regarding alleged violations of our community covenants.

If you have received a letter of this nature, please notify the Board by sending a private message or emailing us directly. The HRHA HOA is required to follow the procedures outlined in our governing documents when addressing covenant violations. This process includes formal review and notification procedures established by the Association.

Please be advised that the HRHA Board has not authorized any individual to issue violation notices on behalf of the Association outside of the official HOA process.

Hi neighbors, if you were notified about trash can violations a month ago, I'm about to do round two, we did approve the privacy partition and if you notify the architecture committee they would be more than happy to come over and approve it for you. Thanks for your cooperation!
