The TEN Memorial

10/08/2026

Reminiscing on a beautiful Sunday evening at the 2026 TEN Memorial Invitational Fundraising Gala.

The room was filled with so many members of our TEN Memorial community. We are endlessly grateful for those who believe in the mission. The evening was made even more special with a memorable performance by Christopher Wu.

Thank you to everyone who joined us, supported us, and continues to believe in the mission of the TEN Memorial. We are so thankful to have you by our side!

What an incredible accomplishment for some of our TEN community student-athletes! Congratulations to the 2026 WPIAL Golf Champions:

🏆 Olivia Degori (3A Girls’ Golf Champion)
🏆 Alyssa Zhang (2A Girls’ Golf Champion)
🏆 Nico Ward (3A Boys’ Golf Champion)

All three are proud members of the TEN community, having competed in the 2026 TEN Junior, and Alyssa and Nico took home The Junior Championship titles earlier this year. We’re especially proud to see their hard work, character, and commitment continue to shine.

And a huge congratulations to all of the WPIAL Championship competitors and runners-up who are part of the TEN community, including the 2026 TEN Junior Impact Award recipients. Your accomplishments are something to celebrate, and we’re proud to be part of your journey!

Keep going. Keep growing. Keep Owning The Mission. 💚

Year 7 | Day 3 - It’s go time! 🙌🏼

09/22/2026

A rainy day of golf, delays, podcast recordings, and, most importantly, a special evening celebrating what would have been Tim Nettles’ 70th birthday.

Our Pro-Am Dinner was a meaningful night filled with Tim’s favorite meal, drinks, dessert, stories, and memories. We were honored to hear from Diane Nettles, who shared Tim’s story and reminded us all of Our Why.

It was a beautiful way to celebrate Tim, his legacy, and the mission he continues to inspire.

Bright and early, the players are arriving at St. Clair Country Club for Day One of the TEN Memorial Invitational.

Today’s Pro-Am pairs each Sponsor Amateur with a Pro or Scratch Amateur in a better ball of two format. At the end of the day, the winning team will take home crystal awards, and the winning sponsor will earn the coveted orange TEN Champions Jacket.

After the round, we’ll gather for a special player dinner honoring what would have been Timothy E. Nettles’ 70th birthday, featuring his favorite meal, drinks, and dessert.

Tim is Our Why. His legacy remains at the heart of everything we do as we carry forward the TEN mission through our four pillars: Youth, Golf, Faith, & Education.

TODAY’S THE DAY! 💚 Year 7 of the TEN Memorial Invitational starts tonight with our annual Fundraising Gala!

The Timothy E. Nettles Memorial Fund was established in 2020 to continue the philanthropic legacy of the late Tim Nettles (1956-2018) and create community around common values that were important to him. To date, the fund has raised $2.6 million. We are proud to be creating meaningful impact around our region in the areas of youth, golf, faith, and education.
