"I am thrilled to be joining Hillel JUC as the Jack G. Buncher Director of Jewish Student Life at Carnegie Mellon University! After 10+ years of building Jewish community across congregations and Jewish summer camps, I can’t wait to bring that passion to CMU’s campus and help Jewish students find their people, their purpose, and their place in the world. My Jewish community means everything to me. Every Jewish experience, starting in Dayton OH at my home synagogue, through my summers at various summer camps, during my time at the University of Cincinnati Hillel and AEPi, and my time in the Pittsburgh Jewish community made me the proud Jew I am today. I look forward to sharing my passion for Judaism with CMU students and helping them find and strengthen their own connection to Jewish faith and culture!"
