Kids love Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. It is very different form the other martial arts such as karate and tae kwon do. Our classes are broken down by age group/ developmental stage (4-5,5-8,8-13 year old). we also offer an advanced BJJ program and a Muay Thai & Boxing program for children who want to compete. We have run this course twice in the past and it was a success based on parents and children’s assessments of what they learned. It is an MMA based self defense course. It is for any experience level but is very intense. If after the first week you find it is not for your child just let us know and get a full refund. Space is limited to 16 participants so sign up now if you are interested. Starting Nov 14th on Fridays at 6:30 pm in Monroeville
