I’m in search of an individual or family or group of young people open to hosting/sharing residence with an IRISH student on the Ireland Institute of Pittsburgh’s Summer Work & Travel program. Conor, a student at Dundalk Inst. Of Technology will work at Mullaney's Harp and Fiddle Irish Pub this summer. His father was a Rooney Fellow with us here in the mid 90s.
Conor will pay rent.

Thank you to everyone who made Donnybrook 2026 possible. Friday was an unforgettable night!

We extend our gratitude to all of our sponsors, volunteers, fighters, guests, and our hosts at the Priory Hotel who came together to make this year’s event such a success.

Your support allows us to continue our mission of strengthening the cultural connection between Pittsburgh and Ireland while also supporting local sports organizations.

Dive into the rich history that inspired our event's name - Donnybrook!

Donnybrook, Dublin, hosted a legendary annual fair from 1204 to 1855, where wild and unforgettable festivities unfolded. Good-spirited brawls became so commonplace amongst fairgoers that the word "Donnybrook" began to embody the jovial chaos and lively disputes that the fairs were known for.

Every year, we pay tribute to this historical legacy, channeling the same energy, camaraderie, and excitement that defined those memorable brawls.
