As a nonprofit childcare director, she became known for something that every successful organization needs:

Wanda has spent years developing strong teams, mentoring emerging leaders, and creating workplace environments where employees felt valued, supported, and empowered to grow.

After retiring from her director role, Wanda realized that her passion for helping organizations didn’t end — it simply evolved.

Today, she works as a consultant supporting childcare centers, youth programs, and nonprofits as they strengthen their operations, stabilize staffing, and develop retention strategies that better support the people doing the work.

Her approach is practical, relational, and rooted in real-world experience.

But her work goes deeper than professional titles.
