Stories on a Plate is a community initiative started by Mahika Chopra a high schooler in Pittsburgh with a mission to bring people together through food and the stories it tells.

At yesterday’s A Taste of South Texas, our host Dan Garcia shared some really interesting stories about where Tex-Mex food comes from and why people will never really find “authentic” Mexican food.
