Introducing our final Master Positional Coach for the 2026-27 season! While for most at PEVA he needs no introduction, we are thrilled to welcome back Victor Morais.
A native of Brazil, Victor began his playing career on the beach volleyball circuit before moving to South Africa, where he competed at the national club level for Durban University of Technology.
On the collegiate side, Victor has coached both the men’s and women’s programs at Carlow University, including the inaugural 2021 men’s season and a third-place USCAA finish with the women. He went on to coach at the Division II level at California University of Pennsylvania before joining Division I Morgan State University in 2024, and this spring, he accepted a new position as an assistant coach at Point Park University.
At the club level, Victor spent many years coaching at Pittsburgh Elite, qualifying multiple teams for USAV Nationals, most recently leading 17 Elite to a National Division qualification in 2022. After a season at 3DGE Volleyball Club, we are thrilled to welcome him back home to PEVA as our setting Master Positional Coach and Head Coach of 17 Elite.
Victor’s experience across the collegiate, international, and club levels makes him a tremendous addition to our coaching staff.
