You're invited to an uplifting Grace Space gathering at Frick Park.

A few months ago, I joined a group to experience “Forrest Bathing”—a meditative stroll through nature that invites us to pause, breathe, and marvel at God’s beautiful creation in the company of trees, flowers, and the living world around Frick Park.

Join The Ephesus Project, Grace Space, this Sunday, May 31, at 12:00 noon, at the Frick Park Environmental Center. We’ll begin with a guided “Forrest Bathing” walk in the open air, led by a certified guide, and then we’ll come together for a time of music ministry with Truth, prayer, and a message from the Word of God.

A thought for Holy Saturday

Holy Saturday is the Sabbath of rest and waiting. It is a liminal space. That crucial space in-between. Where nothing seems to be happening and everything is happening. While we wait for Holy Sunday, Resurrection, it gives us time to reflect on the mystery and depth of our Lord’s suffering love for us. Often we overlook and are in a hurry to get past the in-betweens of our lives, yet they are necessary. It is during the in-between moments of our lives, between our Good Friday and Resurrection Sunday when the nothing is turning into the everything of our faith in the risen Christ.
