Range Resources is proud to announce the launch of its newest program, Student Mentoring And Range Training (SMART) Start. This program is in partnership with our Multi-Ethnic Employee Resource Group (MERG) and aims at pairing a diverse group of high school interns in grades 11 and 12 with a diverse group of
Range employees to offer a unique learning experience within the energy sector. This paid internship will give students the opportunity to learn from industry professionals and gain insight into professional career paths at Range.
Interns typically work 10-20 hours per week and will be paired with mentors in their area of interest. Selected finalists will be required to participate in an interview with a Human Resources team member and/or hiring manager. Interns may be placed in one of the following fields or departments: Information Technology, Supply Chain, Communications, Human Resources, Safety and Environmental, Land, Geoscience or Engineering.
