WVU Day of Giving is a one-day fundraising event on Wednesday, March 25, bringing together alumni, students, faculty, staff, and friends of West Virginia University to make a lasting impact.

Your support helps shape the future for Mountaineers in your local community. Scholarships open doors for students who might not otherwise be able to pursue their dreams at WVU. They ease financial burdens so students can focus on their education, explore new experiences, and grow into the next generation of leaders.

Calling all WVU-bound students living in Pittsburgh: Do good, eat good, feel good!

Roots Natural Kitchen, known for its fan-favorite salads and grain bowls like the Pesto Caesar, Mayweather, and El Jefe, opens doors next month at WVU! Roots is currently hiring and looking for fun, friendly folks to join our crew. We're hiring crewmember positions starting at $15/hr and shift manager positions starting at $20/hr, with perks for students that includes a FREE Roots bowl every shift. Roots is hiring incoming and returning WVU students from Pittsburgh, as well as from the local Morgantown community, and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds and levels of experience.

Our newest Roots will be located on High Street (next to the Chipotle) and will have dine-in, delivery, catering, and pick-up options - bowls for anyone, for any lifestyle. Our eight signature bowls are easy, delicious, and customizable to each dietary need and taste.

We are sad to hear of the passing of our former chapter president, board member and Mountaineer. Our thoughts are with his family and friends

Doug Skaff Jr., a former state delegate and the president of HD Media, which publishes The Herald-Dispatch, died Tuesday in a vehicle crash in Lewis County. He was 48.
