The scary part is not just that fake honey exists — it’s that most families would never know the difference by looking at the bottle. The label can look clean, the color can look golden, and the shelf can look normal, but the source may tell a completely different story.

This is exactly why commercial food trust is collapsing.

Real honey should come from bees, not from cheap fillers, syrup tricks, and industrial shortcuts hidden behind pretty packaging.

Local purveyors who seek out our Pure And Local Pittsburgh Honey are typically top tier—they offer the best and therefore want the best on their shelves.

Case in point: Karas G Meat Packing, perhaps Westmoreland County’s best kept meaty secret.

Look at this T-Bone Gary, Sharon and family cut for us when we dropped off the first of our Spring varietals and Pittsburgh Honey Mustards!

Perfect marbling, ridiculously tender, and the deep, rich, beefy flavor that you can only get from locally-raised cattle. Simply delicious and the best we’ve ever had.

Well, the best Adam has ever had—he ate it all by himself, save for a stingy bite to tease us.

Luckily, we got two—and this one is mine!

Stop in today and get your Holy Grail—and don’t forget the Pittsburgh Honey!
